  1. Progress of the students will be assessed on the basis of two unit tests, two terminal examinations, projects and assignments. Marks obtained in these tests will be taken into consideration at the time of determining annual Exams/ tests, syllabus/ course, date and time table will be informed in advance.
  2. Atleast 80% attendance is compulsory in each semester for appearing in the

If any student indulges in unfair means such as cheating in examination, asking others for answers, helping other student with answer, copying at the time of examination, both students would be debarred from the examination. This will be reflected in the annual assessment report. The invigilator’s incident report is final and binding, once approved by the disciplinary
  4. Students should use the answer sheets meticulously. Answers should be written on both the sides of the answer

  7. Students absent in any exam for any reason will not be re-examined.
  8. 50/- will be charged for each subject for the retest and rechecking of the answer sheets.
  9. Pupils detained twice in the same class shall not be entertained for the third Such pupils should be withdrawn compulsorily.
  10. Any pupil caught cheating during an examination will get a zero mark for the subject and will be debarred from subsequent examination(s).

Note:  However depending on the new examination system according to the Gujarat Government, parents will be intimated time to time (For the standard 9 and 11).

  2. Parents are requested to see that their children complete their homework regularly and also go through their ward’s school diary everyday to check the homework assigned for the next day and for any remarks by the respective subject
  3. If parents feel that their ward is not making progress in studies, please make it a point to discuss it with the Class Teacher/ Principal.

Parents are expected to go through the answer sheets and collect Annual progress report cards of their wards on the dates announced by the school. Report cards of the First Term Examination must be returned to the class teacher within 3 days, failing which it will be considered lost and a duplicate card will be issued against a payment of  20.
