Education should give us not only elements of general knowledge or technical skills but also impart to us that bent of mind, that attitude of reason, that spirit of democracy which will make us responsible citizens of our country.

The school was initially started in the year 1979 under the aegis of Sardar Patel Education Trust with six students and one teacher and today we have around seventeen hundred students and nearly eighty-two teachers.

From a very humble beginning, the school has grown leaps and bounds and now stands tall and proud with impressive building in white, equipped with the latest innovations and technology for teaching-learning process. The school has grown up from strength to strength under the able guidance of three Principals namely Mr. V. R. Bhatt, Mrs. Rama Sood and at present Mrs. Madhuri Chandrasekhar.  The school occupies the place of pride in the Milk City, Anand.

J.P. Thakkar High School has played a central role in educating generations of Anand.

We provide a learning environment that inspires and motivates children and encourages them to explore limitless possibilities in their quest of knowledge. We take efforts to make JPT Campus a happy school, where teaching is a pleasure, learning is a joy; where learning and excelling is a passion, culture and values have pre-eminent place.

Sardar Patel Education Trust has been the abode for academic excellence in Anand for the past fifty years.
