Science Fair and Maths Expo

Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Science- Mat hs-Environm ent Exhibit ion-2019
The students of J.P. Thakkar High School participated in the Science Maths Exhibition that was organized by GCERT, Gandhinagar and District Education Training Centre, Valasan on 4th September 2019 at Nagarpalika Primary School No. 2/4. The exhibition emphasized on the topic: Science and Technology for Sustainable Development which was categorized into further five sub-topics:
1. Sustainable Agricultural Practices
2. Cleanliness and Health
3. Resource Management
4. Industrial Development
5. (a) Future Transport and Communication
(b) Educational Games and Mathematical Modeling
The students of classes I to VIII participated in this fair. The students were graded in two groups i.e Std I to V and Std. VI to VIII. The students prepared working models, displayed them and explained the concepts. Distinguished schools of Anand City took part in this Expo.
